Preparing your order for dispatch
As soon as we receive your order you will receive an email. We will prepare it for dispatch to the delivery address you have supplied. Items will be sent to you via Australia Post.
How long will my delivery take?
A typical Australia Express Post is between 1 to 3 business days from postage and receipt of your order.
Express post for orders over in Australia is $15
Same or next day dispatch on orders placed before 4pm on in-stock items.
International rates apply for all overseas orders - please email us for a bespoke price

Deliveries outside of Australia?
Due to current Covid-19 pandemic we can’t assure the exact time for international shipping. You will be supplied with a tracking number.

What if I need to return something?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, please return to us in the original packaging to:

Please text us on 0423 929 548 and either return via the instructions on the purchase receipt or if from the markets please follow this up with an email that includes your details.
Keep the receipt of shipping and add the details and a copy of the image to the email for us to refund alongside the product if this is agreed.
